This is a very nice boot which can be used by riders of any skill level ranging from beginner to advanced. The price is average at retail price, but I'm sure you can get it cheaper if you buy it after the snowboarding season. This uses Burton's speed lacing system which is very quick and easy to use. There's just three pull cords, one for the inside liner, one for the lower zone and one for the upper zone. You basically pull and lock each one and your ready to go with no laces to bother with. This allows you to make it as loose or as tight as you want it. Flexibility wise, this boots definitely pretty stiff but that can change if you want. The boot's liner is very comfortable with 3D molding technology. The grip that it provides is also excellent due to the patter on the bottom.
