Burt's Bees Blemish Stick By Sarahlovesmickey on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I still occasionally get acne break outs on my face and I'm not even close to being a teenager! I decided to try this product as it seemed more natural and less harsh than other products I have tried. Also, I have always loved the Burt's Bees products and thought that this one would also be effective.

This acne stick contains lots of natural ingredients, including Willow Bark, which is a natural hydoxy acid and Tea Tree Oil, which is a natural astringent.

Please do not waste your money on this product. The smell is absolutely horrible but I figured if it worked, then it would be worth it. This product leaves your skin feeling very oily and is not effective at all in getting rid of blemishes. I applied it 2-3 times per day, as the box directed me to do for atleast 1 week and nothing. Perhaps it is not compatible with my skin but save yourself the time and trouble and go with a real acne cream.
