I love Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream. It's a great size-big enough that it lasts a decent amount of time, small enough it can travel easily or go in your purse. This cream's consistency is great-it's nice and solid-you know it's really moisturizing your cuticles. That said, I think the term "cream" is something of a misnomer-it's closer to a ointment than a cream. If you prefer, you can also warm the container in your palm and scoop out a pea-sized amount to massage in your whole palm. This cream also has a very pleasant scent. It's also a very effective moisturizer and cuticle soften-it really works well on hangnails.
