The Busy Ball Popper is very aptly named because it will keep you very busy if your child doesn't quite get the point of putting the balls back in the chute yet. You will have to run around the room constantly trying to recover the balls it shoots out.

It is fairly simple in concept - press the button,the balls shoot out, some fall back down on the chute and slide down and shoot out again - some you have to find and put in the chute. The problem is when the batteries are new all of them go flying everywhere. Then when the batteries start to die (they don't last too long) it strains to push them out and they can just hover in the opening.

All this fun is accompanied by a wide variety of beeped music such as "Rockin Robin." It does get annoying also but compared to other toys it has enough variety to keep you slightly sane. Our son does enjoy this toy but ends up playing with the balls more than the machine. The main unit seems to be well constructed and durable but the balls are easily lost or dented.

I probably wouldn't buy this one if I had to do it again.
