Butter Your Hands With Lemony Goodness By joojifish on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Lemony Flutter is marketed as a cuticle butter and general moisturizer for rougher parts, such as hands, elbows, and heels. The product does work as advertised, and I've also successfully used it as a lip balm (I checked the ingredients first to make sure there was nothing I should obviously not ingest and didn't find anything too alarming). The main ingredient is shea butter, which is a fantastic moisturizer for dry skin. However, shea butter is on the greasy side and takes several minutes to sink in, so be aware of that if you're more accustomed to non-greasy lotions. Other ingredients include beeswax, various plant oils, and fresh lemon infusion. The scent is indeed lemony, if a bit sharp. As with other LUSH products, I found the price to be a bit steep for what I got and probably won't repurchase. Still, if you like lemons and smooth hands, Lemony Flutter is a fun product to try.
