Just last year, I started to take vitamins on a regular basis. One of those was a multi vitamin. I have tried different brands of multi vitamins but after friend gave me this bottle of Kirkland Brand Multi Vitamins and Minerals, I have decided that I will stick with this brand.

In the past, other brands have made me nauseous and sick to my stomach, some to the point that I actually had to make a trip to the bathroom even if I ate something with them. With this Kirkland Brand of multi vitamins, I find that they are easy to take and they don't make me sick or nauseous. I take some food with them and within about an hour, I feel ok.

This brand comes in a bottle of 500 pills and the recommended dose is one tablet a day. The bottle even provides a vitamins info line in case you have any questions.

I would recommend this brand to anyone who is taking vitamins. For one thing, you definatly save money with the quantity and you get a great brand of vitamins
