When the hair color changing Cabbage Patch Dolls came out last year, my daughter asked for one for her birthday. She loves pink and purple so we got one that had hair that changed to pink and purple as you touched it. She really loved the doll at first and played with it a lot. Changes the dolls hair color was very fun, but it got old for her and she stopped playing with it after a few months. It sits in her toy box a lot, although occassionally she does get it out and play with it for a while or puts it with her other dolls and plays house with it. I suppose it is like most toys that do not have batteries and do a lot of different things, kids grow tired of them. The doll does have a few different outfits that she likes to change and dress it up in.
