Cabin Life Magazine By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I'm not a very rustic person, so Cabin Life Magazine is not really my type of magazine. My sister-in-law lent me a copy, though, and I was happy to look it over.

For anyone interested in cabins and cabin life, this would be a great magazine. It has articles on building and fixing different things in and around a cabin, wildlife, cooking outdoors, and finding that rustic retreat. The issue my sister-in-law lent me included an article about protecting your pets from threats that can be found in the wild, building a canoe, how to get top dollar for the sale of your cabin, spring fishing, and wild water toys, among other things. Beautiful photography and nice quality paper are also features of this magazine.

It is rather thin, I happen to like thicker magazines because then I feel like I am getting my money's worth. But there is a lot of info packed into what pages Cabin Life does have.

I may not be into cabins that much, but some of the photos in this magazine showed how beautiful and peaceful cabins can be. Definitely a way to get away from it all, as portrayed in Cabin Life Magazine.
