Caesars Paradise Stream By Momof2Disneyboys on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My husband and I went to the Poconos, Pennsylvania on an anniversary trip a few years back. We stayed at one of the Caesars Palace Resorts, the Paradise Stream. We had a two night package on the weekend and it cost about $700 then. I thought the place was nice, but not quite worth that much money after getting there. We stayed in a Lakeside Villa room, which was nice because it was it's own building, so we had no neighboring noise like you sometimes get in a hotel room. The room was large, it had a large round bed, a sofa, a fireplace, and a deck. The bathroom had a large heart shaped tub, but also had some ants crawling around it. The meals were included, and I thought the food was just okay. At meals we were seated at a table with about 3 other couples, which was a little unusual. There were some activities to choose from and live bands at night. We were a little disappointed in the bands, they advertised that they had famous popular bands, but it was really some small time musicians from the 60's & 70's. Given the cost and lack of good entertainment we probably will not go back, but I'm glad we tried it.
