Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
By Ghassan Noursi onCall Of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare is not the newest version of Call Of Duty, but nevertheless the best so far, with its newest version, - World At War- realeased not long time ago.
I have bought this game for my Xbox 360 on amazon, for a very cheap price of around $35, whereas in the stores it was almost double that.
So what is the Infinity Ward formula for making great first person shooter games? Simply put, they keep the action going and wont let you rest your eyes for a second, or, too bad you have been taken out by a grenade.
it's graphics are excellent, the streets, the cars, the buildings, everything looks very real and the details are sculpted to their finest detail. The gameplay is very fun, every mission is packed with action, and I have found the mission where you fire from a fighter airplane to be the best. I think that is is this "Modern" touch that lets COD4 stand out from the other versions, which all happen during World War II, the downside with WWII is all WWII games feel the same, the missions are all based on true battles. "Modern Warfare" has the ability and freedom to be very creative giving the game a very fresh feel to it. The weapons are modern, the cities are modern, airplanes, tanks, everything.
No need for me to stress on this one, but the multiplayer is its best feature in my opinion. Too bad my Xbox live subscription is over.
