The original Call of Duty is one of the best first person waring shooter series. The original was one of the best and most popular games of its time and its no wonder as it revolutionised gaming. It has brilliant graphics considering the technology there was when it was released with also extremely fulfilling gameplay. It is your role to be part of a very well trained squadron and make your way through endless levels and landscapes. You can use a wide variety of weaponry as well as tactical gear to take out things like tanks or endless fronts of men. If you don't want to play the campaign you can play online which is also endless fun as you can utilize surrounding buildings or obsticles as camping grounds or hiding spots. Call of Duty is a reasonably good game considering when it was made, but if you were going to purchase one from the series I would purchase the third as the newet edition is set in Modern Warfare and has altered the WWII standard.
