Calphalon Makes A Wicked Wok By JPnMO on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

As someone who wants to eat healthy, yets HATES to cook, this Wok is just what I needed. I was familiar with Calphalon cookware, but didn't own any until I received this pan. It was a bit intimidating to me at first, that big pan and just 2 of us to cook for. I couldn't even remember what went into a stir-fry, so I figured I'd find a way to mess it up. Me and cooking just don't get along. That's not to say that I ever killed anyone or even made them sick, but hey, there's still time.

This 12-inch pan is really nice. It has a flat bottom, non-stick surface that cleans like a breeze. The handle is comfortable and it's easy to move the pan from stove to sink. It's heavy, yet not so heavy that it's a pain to lift.

I'm still experimenting with ingredients, which are a bit limited since my husband dislikes many of the foods that I'd normally add. But, he likes chicken and pork, snow peas. celery and broccoli, so we have a start.

This pan helps me feel like I can actually make a dish that is healthy and I know it will turn out well (or at least edible). I actually love this Wok, which is more than I can say about anything else in my kitchen.
