Camp Don Lee has been here in Eastern NC for as long as I can remember. The cheer leaders went there as well as the band each summer to practice for the upcoming years competiions. It is a great christian based camp that offers a wonderful variety of unique camping options kids and families. There is a mother - child weekend camp, a family weekend camp, a father child weekend camp as well as a 1/2 week early ed camp for first timers. There are sailing camps, nature camps, marine life camps, and leadership camps. I could go on and on. The kids are bunked in cabins on, well, bunks. The camp is situated on the river and there are tons of water related activities including canoes and sail boats.
