CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?? NOOO!!!!!

When the Verizon Wireless commercials come on I really would like to throw something at the big group of people that follow the customer. They are never there when I need them!!! I understand living in the country can have it's ups and downs, and cell phone reception is one of the downs. Okay I get that, BUT, what I don't understand is a Verizon SAYS they have the widest coverage when there are other cells phones that work great here and I can't even get a little bit of a signal here with my verizon plan. The other thing that bothers me about Verizon Wireless and their supposed no dead zones, is that I can be on a road and have 4 signal bars... then .03 miles later nothing.....and then .02 miles 4 signals.....then NOTHING NO BARS. You get my point. So why are there SPOTS where there is a signal and others where you can't get any. I call the update number for the area once a week and it has never made a difference. I would love to get another cell phone company but I'm on a family share plan and on a contract for now. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW???? NOOOOO!!!!
