candy land castle

My daughter got this young version of candyland for the holidays. Candyland castle which is still based on the classic candyland. Only this version is more based on shape AND color. Not just color. candyland castle is a "castle" where you can stack all these shapes in different colors so you can pull on a candycane to make the shapes fall out. One shape comes out at a time. And you have to match the shape and color to a spot on a card that come with it. The first to fill up wins. The game is rather simple. So makes playing with younger children easy. But I think it is to simple really. My daughter does like this game. But not to play the game. She just like to stack the pieces in to the castle and pull the candycane to see all the pieces fly out. She does not care so much for the "game part" of it. The age limit is for 3 and up but I would have to say that is to old. My own personal opnion is 3 and under. Or maybe for children who have some sort of a learning disabilty. I think this game would help out.
