Canon Pixma 1980 Black Ink By edgt28 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Canon Pixma 1980 black ink really performs well. With plenty of printing materials done for my daughter's school works and my business concerns the level is really amazing. Of course I can adjust the printer setting on the fast mode and use a smooth bond paper so as not to eat too much ink but even so it did perform great. The output is very clear, neat and presentable. No dotted parts or scattered printed letters. I guess the team work between the printer and its ink works well.

Life of the ink is something out of control for us users but I think Canon Pixma 1980 black ink will gives the same output until it reaches its last drop. Its performance worth its price. My daughter is always ready to bring school her printing home works, neat and presentable. I can also have my business documents recopy/reprinted at home for record. The adjustment on the fast mode of the printer does not really affect the output and quality of this ink.
