I use my multi-function MP830 primarily for printing photos for scrapbooking. I love it. The print quality is excellent, it is VERY fast. I love that the paper tray is easy to adjust to hold smaller size papers, instead of having to print on larger sheets and cut down. The scanning is also easy. I don't really use the fax option, but everything else is intuative and extremely user friendly.
I actually LOVE my printer, but i was disappointed when one month after the warranty it locked up with an error. The Canon website did not really offer any viable solutions and when speaking to a tech support rep, all they did was follow the same steps listed on the website and then tell me that it would require additional service. Eagerly anticipating it's return from the shop.
back from shop and working as wonderful as ever! and i guess my complaint is more with canon customer service than it is with the actual unit itself.

I can't stand it when the solutions are just what you can find on line and have already tried 15 times. Makes me so mad!
