Canon Powershot A520 - Good for the price

This is a pretty good camera for the price. It has manual shutter and aperture controls which was important for me. It takes upto 3 minutes of video and captures great sound for your video. Pretty okay video quality too. It has a 1.8" LCD monitor. Oh and you can edit the beginning and end of your video right on the camera. This is good for saving space on your memory card whileon a trip if you decide a certain video you took is too long. It has 4X zoom. Also not bad but I would like more. If you know how to use your camera and setting this camera takes fine pictures. And mine is 4 megapixel. Almost all cameras are difficult to know how to use on a cloudy day or in the dark. Should I use flash or not? This camera will take care of that problem most of the times but I advise please learning how to use in manual mode and learning how to take good pictures. It can only help. Overall, this a great camera for the price. Oh and it's s light bulky, would have liked smaller size.
