The Canon Image Class D880 is a great printer/copier for your home office or small business situation. I have been using this product for two years and have been very pleased. The quality of the copies is excellent. I am able to print from my computer as well as copy one page or an entire boklet. It works quite efficiently for a small machine. I have never had a problem with papers jamming or the machine not working properly. It has a paper feeder tray that can hold up to 40 pages at a time which is nice when copying a lot at once or sending a fax. It can hold both letter and legal sized paper and the tray can fit an entire ream of paper. The fax machine feature is wonderful. You will need to read through the booklet to fully understand all the features of the fax machine. It is great to have evything all in one machine. The only negative is that it requires a toner cartridge that costs between $75-$150 depending on where you purchase it and if you buy a new cartridge or get a refill. I do recommend this product.

I didn't know toner cartridges cost that much! Do they last a long time?
OUCH! The replacement costs are outrageous! I can envision people with fixed or highly budgeted incomes being unable to get cartridges. That is just too frustrating.
Wow that IS a lot for a toner cartridge! Hope you don't have to replace it often :0)
The toner/cartridge sounds about as much as a copier!! I'm glad you were able to try this & give us your honest opinion about this!
That is a huge price for the replacement cartridge. Eek! That can really add up if you use it often. The printer itself seems nice though.
We had an Image Class D780 which uses the same cartridges and got refurbished cartridges for $45 that were very comparable and compatible from an independent supplier.
