Canon S3 IS Digital Camera

After alot of research I purchased the Canon S3 digital camera. I bought it for the wonderful color and clarity of the images it took. I have been very happy with my purchase!

Some of the best features of this camera are its 12 times zoom, the night mode and the fireworks mode. It has taken some lovely photos of fireworks for the price you paid for the camera. The zoom makes it possible to take longer shots and still have them come out great.

The battory life is amazing, I use NMIH rechargables and have taken well over 500 picture with out recharging them. I use a 1gb memory card that is more than adaquate for the job.

Another nice feature is the swivel lcd screen, you can take group pictures or even pictures of yourselve and be able to see it easily before you shoot. The only down side is the lcd screen is only 2 inches across. Most of my photos have been taken in the auto mode making this an easy point and shoot camera for any beginner.
