Cap Hex Dumbbell: Just What I Needed By Alexsandralyn on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My days of having buff biceps from long shifts of loading and off-loading semis are long gone. But I like keeping in shape, especially when I notice that I don't have enough arm strength to do ten push-ups anymore. One of the gentlemen I take care of owns a pair of Cap 15 lb Hex Dumbbells, and lately, I've started working out with them to strengthen up my arms while I try to drop a few pounds.

The Cap 15 lb Hex Dumbbells are comfortable to grip. They're just a little on the heavy side for me right now, making me strain and feel the pain to do just 10 reps of forearm curls. But I know that in a week, I'll shape right back up and be able to do many more reps without strain or pain. I like that the hex design keeps the cast iron dumbbells from rolling across the floor when I set them down, and when I buy my own dumbbells to keep up with the exercise routine I've started, the Cap Hex Dumbbell design is what I want. Cap 15 lb Hex Dumbbells are available from Outdoor World Sporting Goods for $32.99 each.
