I got this generic Carbonless Receipt Duplicate Book made by Silvine while I was cleaning the desk used by a former employee. I was to use the desk so I need to clear the old items left in the drawers. One of those items is this carbonless receipt duplicate book which is not yet used.

It is a small 2.5 in x 3 in booklet with 100 pages (multiply by 2 for the carbon copy). It is pocket size so you can take it along when you do collectionswith manual entry.

At first, I did not have any use for this receipt booklet until recently when my brother asked me to keep his money. So, rather than me making an excel sheet (as I was being lazy!), I decided to use this carbonless receipt duplicate book to account for our transaction without me having to go to the bank right away to deposit his money. This served as our mini-transaction receipt until I get the original deposit slip from the bank.

The booklet is ruled and numbered from 1 to 100. It is also perforated for easy tear. It includes an extra tearable board to use in between the other pages to avoid markings on the other numbered pages.

The wording in the receipt is generic with the provision of date, number, received from field, amount in words and figures and signature portion.

I guess I am really old-school. I just feel like the ease of use of this booklet is better because I don't have to use electricity to put an entry.
