Chocolate is a staple in our home. My husband likes anything chocolate and the nuts and caramelcorn are an extra. There are dark chocolate pieces, along with caramelcorn and almonds and cashews. It comes in a 10oz. bag, with 10 servings per container. As with anything that is good or has chocolate the calories are always high. The sugar is 12g and the total fat is 6g. A perfect combination of giant popcorn,cashews, and almonds , with just the right old-fashion buttery caramel and bits of chocolate. The use of natural ingredients brings the delicious popcorn confection to you for its good taste. It was easy to eat the whole bag, in two sittings, and add up the calories. We recommend this treat, but beware you won't be able to eat only the recommended serving. Again only use this as a special treat or share with others, so that they can each have a handful. No matter , the bag of Caribou Crunch was very tasty.
