Carnival Cruise Line
By Jeff Reaves onI really enjoyed my first cruise with Carnival. I enjoyed it so much that I went back eight months later. I always thought a cruise was only for the rich. I was wrong! It was only $400.00 for five days and five nights. I loved the way the payment was set up. I planned the cruise six months in advance which I would suggest. At that time I put down $200.00 which is minimum. I had to pay the rest three months later. I then had three months to save for other expenses. The cruise itself was an amazing experience. All of the workers on the ship were great pampering the guests. I have never eaten as much as I ate on the ship. There was a twenty four pizzaria which served great food. The food in the cafeteria was a little bland but still good. My favorite part of the entire cruise was the evening dining which was a more formal setting. Our waiters were wonderful! They were very friendly and ready to serve. I enjoyed each night, being able to select the type of food I wanted at the four course meal. There was a wide range of entertainment on the ship. My favorites were the little broadway type shows which were a little cheesy but still entertaining. The pools were a little too small but it was nice lounging around the pool area.

I think a small pool would be a trade off for a bigger cabin. I think it's great that you were able to pay for this trip in installments. That makes such a large purchase seem more affordable!
That sounds pretty nice and that is a great price. Cheaper than I expected. I love that they have that payment plan too. I will keep them in mind if we ever plan a cruise.
I went on a Carnival Cruise once, I had a great time!
One day, I'll convince my husband to take a cruise! :-)
I want to go!!! Sounds like a great trip. I can't wait.
I went on Royal and I loved it but I always wondered how Carnival was. Thanks for the insite.
I took a Carnival Cruise in the past and loved every moment!!
My husband and I just went on a Carnival cruise to Keywest, FL a few weeks ago. It was just as you said ... fun! Also ... I have had a couple of dachsunds myself ... very loyal sweet dogs!
That's a really good deal! I've heard Carnival is the cruise line for party people... FUN. I'm going to check them out.
My husband and I have some friends that took a cruise on Carnival at the beginning of the year. Once they got back they had nothing but positive things to say about their trip. They are now talking about going back in a few years and trying to talk us into going with them.
