Cars is a children's movie you won't want to miss. Rated G, for general audiences, this all ages appropriate is fun to watch for both children and adults. My kids and I laughed and cheered as race car Lightning McQueen gets stranded in radiator Springs, a little hick town forgotten alongside Route 66. He meets all the quirky cars, trucks, and more in this old town, and soon learns the meaning of responsibility, friendship, and slowing down to just enjoy life. I cried at the end when Lightning participates in what he thought was his most important race. With bonus features, deleted scenes, a funny animated short film, and a review on the inspiration of CARS, this movie is great to rent and even better to own yourself. We watch it a couple times a month, and laugh each time!
