For the first time in my life, I own a dishwasher. The first month or so I spent a lot of money finding the best dish detergent. Living in military housing, our dishwasher isn't necessarily the most effiecient model, and so many of the soaps I tried left my dishes dirtier than when I put them in!

Cascade was probably the third or fouth dish detergent I tried, but it is the only soap that I have repeatedly bought for its high quality job. Cascade never leaves anything unpleasant for me to find. No leftover food, no water spots, no caked-on soap ... All I'm left with is a load of perfectly clean dishes.

I buy Cascade with the lemon scent, but don't worry about any overwhelming scent. There is no scent left on the dishes themselves, it is more or less just pleasant to smell as you load the dishwasher.
