Catch phrase has been a favorite in our family for several years now. Its simple to understand and all it requires is that you sit in a circle and pass the hand held game around to each player.

The object of the game is to explain what the word or phrase on the screen is without saying the word or phrase. You must do it quickly beacuse there is a built in timer and as you pass the game around the timer sound is getting faster and faster. When the timer goes off, whoever has the game in their hand loses. So the other team gets the point.

The first team to reach 6 points wins, and the neat thing is the hand held game keeps the score too. So no running to find a timer or write down the score. I really enjoy this game. I especially like the ease and no fuss aspect, no set up, just press start.
