Don't waste your money! I've seen positive testimonials for this product but I've yet to talk to any one who's had success using this cat training device. The cat scram is a motion detector that sets off a high frequency noise to deter cats from entering an area. It's supposed to protect 180 degrees if put on the floor and if put on the edge of a counter, it will protect an area of floor and countertop. Unit is battery opperated and has a port of an electrical cord. I have tried this device with my cats for several days and they all just walk right by it. It was given to me by someone who didn't have any luck with it and neither did we. I will never recommend anyone buy this product! This is only available on line and I'm glad good stores like PetSmart don't carry it.
