Ceelin Drops For My Baby's Vit. C Need By poshpost on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Ever since my baby turned 2 weeks old, Ceelin drops was already recommended to us by our pediatrician. This was taken along with her multivitamins.

Ceelin is 100 mg Ascorbic Acid per ml of the syrup. When my baby was younger, her dosage was just .6 ml. Now, it is has increased to 1 ml per dosage. Since the concentration of ascorbic acid in the syrup is high, only one dose is needed per day.

The syrup smells good and the flavor is sweet because it is orange flavored. Since Ceelin is 100% ascorbic acid, it has to be paired with another multivitamin.

Ceelin, according to the label, "increases body resistance to stress and infections and hastens recovery from illnesses..." I believe this is true. My baby is so energetic and it seems her body easily recovers from stress. Throughout her 7 something months, she only got sick once (and I think it was during the time I forgot to give her Ceelin).

This is a very good ascorbic acid brand and it is affordable, too, as the price stated above is already for a 30 ml bottle. It is good for a month's consumption for us, as my baby already needs 1 ml per day.

What I don't like though is the free dropper that comes with it. It is entirely useless.
