When I was first looking at getting a cell phone, I looked at a lot of different models. I compared all the prices against all the features that each one offered and then I chose a Samsung. The reason for this choice was quite simple actually. For the price (free with a contract of three years), it offered the best features.

Some of the features on this particular phone is Internet compatibility, convenient e-mail usage, long battery life and caller ID. This is actually a perfect unit to own if you only require the basics for your phone services. I really like the caller ID feature and I wouldn't purchase a phone without this.

The only drawback that I found is that this "free" phone did not come with the camera option. Although I really don't need this feature, it would have been nice to have. As far as the three year contract, I figured that I would have to get a contract with any phone I decided getting, so that's why I chose to go with the "free" option.

When my contract is up with this particular phone, I will probably look at purchasing another one, but the brand will still be Samsung.
