I was told by my doctor that I should be taking a multi vitamin. I knew this but I just have never been very diligent in taking them. I hate swallowing pills and especially large ones. Most of the vitamins I had come across were enormous and I just didn't like taking them. I often wished I could just take my kid's Flintstone chewables. Then I found Centrum Chewables. Centrum was a name I knew and was familiar with. They are a reliable brand of Vitamin. The Chewables are right up my alley. They are orange flavored and have a really pleasant taste. They are not chalky and do not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I take just one a day in the morning and I am good to go. They are full of everything from Vitamin A to Zinc.
