Centrum Liquid Multivitamin

My husband and I both have a problem with swallowing pills, but we still want and need to take a vitamin every day.So when we found Centrum Liquid, it was like an answer to a prayer.No more trying to swallow those horse pills.
Centrum Liquid is a multivitamin/multimineral supplement.An 8 fl oz bottle costs about $8.00 at Walmart.One tablespoon daily is all it takes.And I must say that the taste is not bad.I really don't mind taking it at all considering that I don't have to worry about getting those big pills down my throat.
As it states on the label, Centrum Liquid is "more complete than any leading liquid multivitamin".I have to admit that when I forget to take it for any length of time, which does sometimes happen, I can feel a difference.I seem to lack in energy.
Centrum Liquid is such an easy way to take a vitamin if you happen to be one of those individuals who has a difficult time with pills.And I like knowing that I am getting the vitamins and minerals I need to stay healthy.
I wasn't aware that there was a liquid multivitamin, I might have to try it. Thanks for sharing
Centrum is a complete multivitamin (from vitamins A to Z as stated in ads) and here, it was sold in tablet/capsule form.
I think this is a great product for people who have trouble swallowing pills. I am a pill person, I hate liquid meds. Nice review!
