I am always on my husband to take his multivitamin. For me, it's just habit to take mine. I recently bought him the Centrum Multivitamin/multimineral supplement. You get a 3 month supply for only about $13. I like the Centrum line because they offer such a variety of products. My children take the Centrum for Kids multivitamin and my mother takes the Centrum multivitamin for women over 50. My husband says that the only downfall of this multivitamin is that the tablets are quite big and can be difficult to swallow. Otherwise, this is the perfect supplement.
