Centrum VitaminSupplements
By DeDee onFinally a vitamin that works for me. I know all vitamins work, but this vitamin works well on PMS (mood swings) I quit smoking a couple months ago and had really bad mood swings. A friend has told me to try and take some vitamins. That Centrum was the best out there.
Well I took her advice and bought a bottle of what I call my magic pill Centrum and about three days later I was feeling like a million bucks. I have not felt this good in along time, years.
I have taking vitamins before and never felt this great. Centrum has also improved my health. I can simply feel it working literally.

I thought I would write about this wonderful vitamin because everyone need to know about Centrum and how it makes one feel. Healthy and complete is the only way to decribe it.
I like these vitamins..however i never know the effects no matter how good they are haha

I take Centrum Silver vitamins and they seem to be working for me. These vitamins, along with a daily regiment of natural vitamin C, have helped me to cut the number of colds I get to less than 1/2 of previous amounts. I have a blog post about my experiences at Back On Centrum Vitamins.
