Certified Extra Strength Acetaminophen-pm

I was shopping at the ninety nine cent store and noticed this product. It was a box of twenty four tablets. I decided to try it because for one dollar, it was a good value. It does work , and it is not only great for helping you get to sleep, but does work really well for headaches. I also take it at times for back pain. I had no bad side affects, and would buy this product again. I would not recommend it for daytime use, if you have to work or drive. It does cause some drowsiness and also is a sleep aid. I compared the ingredients to Tylenol pm and I cannot see any difference other than the price. It works just as well. I felt fine the next morning. I had no hang over affects or drowsiness left. I did sleep comfortably all night long. I had the experience one day, of a really bad headache, similar to a migraine and it cleared it right up. It works faster if you take it with a hot drink. I think it dissolves quicker and starts to work faster.
