Unlike human toothpaste, this can be swallowed by your furry friend. It comes in a variety of flavors and this one in particular that was purchased is a Vanilla-Mint flavor.

My older dog doesn't like her teeth brush (like I'm sure most animals) but maintaining her teeth is extremely important. I began using this toothpaste on her awhile ago and have found great results with it. Her breath was better and her teeth looked to be in good shape. She does fight me when I begin brushing her teeth but that is to be expected. My younger dog absolutely loves this toothpaste! Whenever I open the tube, he begins to lick it. I know it is the flavor he enjoys because I purchased another brand in just mint which he did not care for. He doesn't mind having his teeth brushed as long as he likes the flavor. His breath is much better as well. My older dog doesn't care for the taste or the teeth brushing. My only complaint with this brand is that I have a lot of trouble being able to locate it in the store. I can only find it online. Awhile ago the price was close to $6.00 but it has since dropped but I do not know for how long. I do highly recommend this toothpaste otherwise and I use it in conjunction with C.E.T.'s Dental Chews.
