We have had our Char Broil Gas Grill for a few years now. It is a pretty plain model with two controllers and a start button. It worked pretty good at first, but after a little time it doesn't seem to be quite as effective anymore. We use it quite often, especially in the summer seaeon. So it does get quite a bit of use. You turn one of the controllers to preheat and then hit the start button to get it started. That worked great in the beginning, but not so much now. Now we have to turn on the controller to preheat and then use a long lighter to start the burner because the start button doesn't usually work. I don't really like doing that because it makes it a little dangerous. It still seems to be cooking pretty evenly. Overall it has worked fairly well for all the more we paid for it.
