I was shopping for some Valentine's Candy for my daughter, when I came across a bag of Cordial Cherry Kisses. I had read a review (here on Shared Reviews) that said they were delicious, so I decided to try them. My verdict? They are simply heavenly!!! They taste just like Chocolate Covered Cherries, but without the cherry. They have a creamy smooth cherry filling, and the whole thing just melts in your mouth.

These are supposed to be one of Hershey's Limited Edition products, but I have heard that there are petitions circulating to keep these available year round. I think that would be an excellent idea, IF you keep me away from them. They are too habit forming!

When I visited the Hershey Kisses web site, I was amazed to learn that Hershey's Kisses have been around for over a hundred years! (Since 1907.) Before the wrapping machines were invented, each candy kiss was wrapped individually by hand! Can you imagine? The machines of today are able to wrap up to 1,300 kisses per minute! (Just some fun trivia facts.)

The Cordial Cherry Kisses would make great Valentine's or Christmas gifts, or if you ask me-they are perfect for any occasion. Try these if you like chocolate covered cherries. I actually think they're better!
