I have had the Cherry Pie Larabar MANY times. This bar is one of the best tasting bars that Larabar makes. What I like most about this bar is that it is ALL NATURAL. Literally. This bar is Unprocessed, Raw, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Vegan, Kosher, and there's No Sugar Added (read off of the wrapper). This particular flavor is made out of Dates, Almonds, and Unsweetened Cherries. That's it!!! I LOVE that it's all natural like that. The only thing that's not as ideal is if you're trying to lose weight. There are 190 Calories, and 8 g of Fat (NO TRANS FAT). But, it makes for a very filling snack, so if calories are budgeted to allow this amount, you won't be disappointed! In addition, it has a lot of fiber at 4 g, no Cholesterol, no Sodium, and 4 g of protein. This bar comes individually wrapped, and travels very well. I've taken it to Disney World as an 'on the go' park snack, and it's so thick and filling, it can keep you going for a long time. I buy Larabars every week, and the Cherry Pie flavor is a must!! When I tavel, it goes with me!
