Chess Book For The Near Master By BillF on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I have read at least 50 chess books and this is definetly one of my favorite. I was captain of my high school chess team and USCF life member and B class rated player. The chess class hierarchy compared to basketball start with Grandmaster equivalent to NBA all star, master equivalent to a NBA starter, Canidate Master/Expert equivalent to a NBA player, A player starter on College team, B player on a college team, C player average serious player (USCF member avaerage) started BB in high school, D player stricly intermural or recreation league BB (unfortuently like me in BB), E player knows rules but better off on couch. Dunne is a postal chess grandmaster and a very good writer. The book is technically very good tool for raising your chess skill well written, clear, and very consise. It uses 50 game positions and explains rationale, strategy and tactics of a canidate master is dealing with critical chess positions. Since it has helped but not made me a canidate master can I get my money back ?
