Chess With A Twist
By ohthethinksyouwillthink onMy brother-in-law is getting married this year, and recently I stumbled upon a perfect shower/bachelor party gift for him: Shot Glass Chess!
As I looked at it in the store, I smiled, and then I giggled.I could just see my brother-in-law, husband, and father-in-law all enjoying this game. They are all brainy men who would enjoy and excel at a game of wits and concentration while they're drinking! It was just too fun to pass up.
The chess board is made of glass, and the shot glasses are glass with the chess pieces painted on them in either black or white. The game plays just like regular chess, except that when you capture a piece, you get to drink it!
The only downside I can think of for this game is that there may be spills or drips that cause the board to get sticky. But then again, this is more of a novelty than a game for the super serious chess player.
As the game box so concientiously points out, this game "is not suitable for children."But would be great fun at your next guy's night.

Chess can be fun, just be careful after a few glasses.(drinks)
