Chevy Chase Bank for Auto Financing
By BrookeTx onWe were fairly young when my husband and I purchased our first vehicle. I was very pleased with the experience we had wtih the finance company.
Since we were first time car buyers, young with not a lot of credit our interest rate was only mediocre; however it still was not bad.
We were able to choose what day of the month we wanted to send our payment into the company. Also one time we were moving and starting college and were low on funds so I called Chevy Chase Bank and was able to tack on that payment to the end of the auto loan. It was no problem at all and I did not have to jump through hoops to have this done.
Customer service was excpetionally nice. I would without a doubt use this auto finance company again. They go beyond and above to help their customers.
Brooke a good bank is a true Godesend to ordinary folks like us. When they work with you it is even better. I'm saying this because too many of the big banks just don't spend enough time on the little folks. This one obviously does. Good for them and for us.
It's always so nice when a financial institution treats you respectfully, especially when you're young and just starting out. We all have to start somewhere, so it might as well be a good experience.
