Chewable Vitamins Are No Longer Just For Kids

I never liked adult vitamins & even while I was pregnant could not get myself to take the prenatal horse pills.The vitamins made me feel so sick on top of my all day - morning sickness therefore, my doctor told me to take children's multivitamins.Ever since then I took children's vitamins.Now thanks to Up & Up us adults get to have yummy gummy multivitamins as well!It tastes just like gummy bears.Take two a day & viola.I don't notice a difference physically, but it makes me feel better to know that I'm taking adult vitamins daily & that my body is getting all the necessary nutrients.Another perk about this brand that I feel it out does the name brand vitamins is that it has no artificial food coloring such as FD&C red 40 & all that junk.They use natural coloring which I feel is the way to go with everything.The only problem with gummy multivitamins is sometimes they get a little stuck together so getting them out can take a little extra shaking of the bottle but no biggie.The cost is reasonable and a lot easier to swallow than the name brands.This brand has 150 per bottle while the name brand has half the amount at the same price.This is an excellent deal!
