Chigarid-Stop The Itch
By Sparkle333 onIf you have ever been bitten by chiggers, then you know how much they make you itch-especially at night! That's when you waking up scratching with your fingernails, toenails, and everything else that will possibly relieve the intense, unbearable itching.
Folk wisdom suggests that you can paint the bites with clear fingernail polish, but I've discovered something better. It's called Chigarid, and it temporarily relieves the burning and itching of those nasty chigger bites, as well as other insect bites and stings. It has a pain reliever and an analgesic. It can also be used on small cuts, burns, or scrapes. It should not be used on animal bites, serious burns, or deep wounds.
In addition to soothing the maddening itching, it also restores your sanity (at least for a little while.) One person described it as "the atomic bomb of itch medication." It seals the bite, and also helps protect it against your uncontrollable scratching.
So the next time you wake up scratching like there's no tomorrow, grab a bottle of Chigarid, and say a few prayers too! You'll need all the help you can get!

I have never heard of this, but will try to find, sounds like something we need to keep in our home.
Would you PM me on exacly what a chigger is? i am so confused with this one. I yhink I se big bugs , but am not sure if I am imagining chiggers. Thx, please do PM me.
Isn't chiggers some water bug? I really don't know what they are either but I thought I heard about something about living in or near the water.
I hate chiggers, and have never gotten this product to work well for me... good to know it works for someone. :)
I've had chiggers twice, always in the South. Nothing helped. I'm very happy to be living in the North.
I have had chiggers when I was stationed in Texas in the Army. I got me a bottle of Chigarid and it helped me a lot. I use it for ants, mosquitos, and bee sting. I have been using it for over 25 years.
I need to try this stuff.
