I recommend using the Chloraseptic defense daily health strips; these are great for maintaining a healthy immune system. These strips contain vitamin c and zinc. I love the wonderful grape flavor they have almost taste like candy. It is so easy to take these all I do is dissolve two strips on my tongue and I'm done. There is no need for water so this is great for the bust on the go person just like me! I got forty strips in the package and they come in a small packet that I just throw in my purse or diaper bag. I feel like this gives my system a boost of vitamins when I need it.
