I recommend using the Chloraseptic defense daily health strips; these are great for maintaining a healthy immune system.These strips contain vitamin c and zinc.I love the wonderful grape flavor they have almost taste like candy.It is so easy to take these all I do is dissolve two strips on my tongue and Im done.There is no need for water so this is great for the bust on the go person just like me!I got forty strips in the package and they come in a small packet that I just throw in my purse or diaper bag.I feel like this gives my system a boost of vitamins when I need it.
