Choclate Skittles a no-go

I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to put this together.But, it said "Chocolate" on the package, so of course I had to give them a try.Never in my life did I think that I would say anything with chocolate in it was 'icky'.But, here I go.

They decided to keep the texture of the fruity Skittles filling, but make in (artificially I believe) chocolate flavored.So, everything is the same, except they're taking out the fruity and adding the chocolatey.This was not a brilliant move.

The chocolate filling has the grainy sugar texture, encased in a hard candy shell.They were probably trying to give M&M's a run for their money, but I would say that they failed in truly dramatic fashion, and the Mars company doesn't have anything to worry about in the way of competition with this product!
