Chocoalte Covered Peanut Brittle... Yum!

I am not a big fan of peanut Brittle unless it is covered in something like nuts, fruit, or some other type of delicous sweets. For Christmas, my Aunt gave us a box of chocolate and nuts covered peanut brittle and let me tell you I cannot eat just one. They are so addicting that I have almost eaten the whole box.

Have you ever seen the Almond Roca brand? You know the pink container. Well that is what this peanut brittle reminds me of. It almost taste like it too. The company that makes this peanut brittle is Maple Ridge Farms in Mosinee, WI. I believe that tey are a company that provides gifts to large businesses but none the less, these are very delicous.

Total calories are 200 and calories from fat are 120. If you can find this brand or even order in online, then I reccomend you do it. I know for sure next year that I will be giving this for a gift whether it be fore birthdays, anniversary, or even a holiday gift.
