Chromax... Is it working?

I started using Chromax(chromium picolinate), when I read somewhere that it will helps promote healthy blood sugar, aids in cardiovascular health, and will increase energy.Wow!That sold me!Diabetes tends to run in our family, and I was willing to try this supplement if it would fend-off the onset of this disease.

First of all, I'm still taking Chromax to this day, but I can't tell you for certain that it's doing anything for me.I know I don't have a diabetes problem, but then again, I may not have a problem with without the Chromax.I'm naturally energetic, so I can't tell you it helped me there either.As far as cardio, who knows?So the reason I keep taking it is because I figure it's probably not hurting anything, and it could be helping me.Kind of a lame reason, I guess.Look at the study (in the link above), and you can be the judge.
