I currently lease both my Dodge Durango and my Dodge Caravan from Chrysler Financial. I have been very pleased with their service. Approval is easy and only takes minutes. I went in to look at Mini-Vans and as soon as I picked out the one I liked, the dealershipran some numbers with Chrysler Financial and I was approved in just minutes. Making my monthly payments is easy with Chrysler Financial, By logging on to their website I am able to pay my bill, check my payment history and even look up new and up and coming events happening at Dodge and Chrysler. Chrysler Financial also sends me offers throughout the year on things they feel I may benefit from such as early end lease offers and even offers to extend my lease agreement. Overall Chrysler Financial is great to work with!
The quote I got from them about 10 years ago was a full 2 points higher than every other lender. Kinda seemed weird.
We had Chrysler Financial with one of our vehicles and had no problems!
I would never recommend them, especially for a lease.. They are horrible to deal with when you return the car. We have good credit and have always leased, but never again with them..
