Chrysler quickly sends me any information I need to know about my particular vehicle model. For example, I recieved a notice in the mail that a part had been recalled. I was able to have it repaired free of charge. Getting approved for your loan is quick and easy, and the representative I spoke with took as much time as I needed explaining my contract. I will most certainly be a returning customer.
We used them once long ago, so I'm not sure our experience is recent enough to mean anything, but we were very happy with it at the time.
I have used Chrysler Financial before and thought they were very easy to work with as well.
I can't agree with you- they are not understanding and don't want to be customer helpful. Never from them again. And yes i paid everything on time.
